Hi, my name is Nik!
My intent here is based on my own personal journey with health & habits. I had been someone who struggled for a very long time with managing their weight.
Since 2012, I have been on a mission to finally break free of that struggle.
My journey has led me to lose over 135 lbs, become an ultramarathoner, compete in a bodybuilding competition, and get my master’s in human performance & nutrition.
I became a nutrition and fitness coach to help people make their way along the path that took me a long time to travel on my own.
