Chicken Bacon Rach Tortilla Pockets

Ingredients

  • 16 oz chicken breast cooked & shredded
  • 8 slices turkey bacon low sodium
  • 8 oz neufchatel cheese fat free
  • 13 g ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar low sodium
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped, tops only
  • 8 tortillas whole wheat, low sodium
  • 1 egg large, whole
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Spray with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix Neufchatel cheese & ranch seasoning.
  • Add shredded chicken, cheese, bacon & green onions. Stir.
  • Spoon 1/8th of the mixture onto each tortilla evenly in a line.
  • In a small bowl, beat egg and water together.
  • Fold like a burrito and secure closure with the egg wash.
  • Place on the baking sheet and spray with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and bake for 15-18 minutes.
