Instant Pot Turkey Chili

Instant Pot Turkey Chili
Servings: 6
Calories: 471kcal
Ingredients
- 20 oz ground turkey
- 1 onion large, chopped
- 1 1/3 tbsps chili seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn canned in water
- 1 ½ cups salsa
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes canned
- 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 6 tablespoons sour cream light
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- 1° In an Instant Pot, saute turkey and onions until turkey is completely cooked.
- 2° Add chili seasoning & 1/2 cup water; mix thoroughly. Turn off saute.
- 3° Rinse beans and add to Instant Pot.
- 4° Add corn and water from inside the can to Instant Pot.
- 5° Top with salsa, crushed tomato, and broth.
- 6° Close the Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
- 7° Allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes and then switch to quick release.
- 8° Serve with sour cream & cheddar!
