Instant Pot Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • 20 oz ground turkey
  • 1 onion large, chopped
  • 1 1/3 tbsps chili seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn canned in water
  • 1 ½ cups salsa
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream light
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • 1° In an Instant Pot, saute turkey and onions until turkey is completely cooked.
  • 2° Add chili seasoning & 1/2 cup water; mix thoroughly. Turn off saute.
  • 3° Rinse beans and add to Instant Pot.
  • 4° Add corn and water from inside the can to Instant Pot.
  • 5° Top with salsa, crushed tomato, and broth.
  • 6° Close the Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
  • 7° Allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes and then switch to quick release.
  • 8° Serve with sour cream & cheddar!
