Ingredients

  • 2 eggs large
  • 4 oz chicken breast skinless, boneless, cooked & shredded
  • ½ cup broccoli chopped
  • 1.4 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsps avocado oil
  • 3 tsps Coconut Amino
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 stalk green onions tops only, chopped
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  • 1° In a bowl, mix chicken, onion, broccoli, egg, garlic, coconut amino, pepper, and salt.
  • 2° Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a saute pan.
  • 3° Add 1/3 cups of mixture.
  • 4° Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5° Top with green onions.
