Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • 3.5 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar granulated
  • 1 ¼ cups milk skim
  • 1 unit egg large, whole
  • 45 g applesauce unsweetened

Instructions

  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a large bowl
  • Add milk, egg, and applesauce
  • Whisk together
  • Melt butter in a frying pan with medium heat
  • Pour a 1/4 cup of batter into the pan (they will get bigger)
  • Cook on both sides and serve
